If you answer yes to these questions, you need to be validated as an RA3 before 1 July 2014, to ensure that cargo bound for Europe is allowed to fly.
There are several options for carrying this out. You may choose to let the airline gain ACC3 on their own, or you may feel it is better for you commercially to provide your airlines with your own RA3 report. There are also several options in between.
